Points themselves don't expire, but once they convert into a $5 reward, that reward is valid for 30 days from the day it's issued.
One reward per order. If your order is smaller than the reward's value, the full reward is used on that order and no change or credit is given.
Points earned on a refunded purchase are reversed to match what you actually paid, up to the amount you originally earned. If you already redeemed a reward on that order, the refund does not restore or reissue it. See our Rewards Terms for the full rule.
